Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Resident/Senior Resident in Pediatric Cardiology ICU, you will play a crucial role in managing and caring for patients under the guidance of experienced consultants.
How You'll Contribute: - Look after and manage patients under the guidance of the consultant. - Assist the consultant in all procedures and operations related to the department. - In the absence of the consultant, ensure proper patient care along the indicated line of treatment. - Act as an in-house consultant for all emergency situations encountered in the hospital. - Actively participate in presentations of CMEs and journal clubs. - Assist consultants in all emergency cases. - Participate in the teaching program for nursing staff and technicians. - Supervise nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff to maintain discipline and high standards of medical care.
