Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Consultant / Consultant in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of anesthesia and patient management in our hospital.
How You'll Contribute: - Review pre-anesthetic assessments and prepare patients. - Provide clinical anesthesia services in both routine and emergency situations. - Supervise post-anesthetic care and surgical ICU management. - Oversee paramedical staff in the OT and ICU. - Conduct consultative services for pre-anesthetic assessments. - Ensure patient and relatives are informed about anesthesia outcomes. - Participate in departmental and hospital meetings. - Engage in educational duties, including teaching and training. - Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes.
Skills to Succeed: - Relevant medical degree (MD). - Experience in critical care and anesthesia. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
