Your Core Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall technical operations of the laboratory. - Manage inventory control and roster management. - Ensure quality control in all assigned departments. - Verify results and sign final test reports in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology, Histopathology, and Serology. - Monitor turnaround time and conduct training for lab staff. - Identify training needs and take corrective actions on non-conformities. - Provide expert advice on test choices and laboratory data interpretation. - Implement and monitor standards of performance and quality management systems.
Essential Skills & Experience: - MD in Pathology or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of laboratory processes and quality management. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
