Your Core Responsibilities: - Oversee the overall technical operations of the laboratory. - Manage inventory control and roster management. - Ensure quality control in all assigned departments. - Verify results and sign final test reports in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology, Histopathology, and Serology. - Monitor turnaround times and conduct training for lab staff. - Identify training needs and take corrective actions on non-conformities. - Provide expert advice on test choices and laboratory services.
Essential Skills & Experience: - MD degree with specialization in Pathology. - Strong knowledge of laboratory processes and quality management systems. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
