About the Role: As a Senior Resident/Attending Consultant in Accident & Emergency, you will play a crucial role in managing emergency cases and ensuring high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Handle all types of emergency cases coming to the emergency room. - Document all findings and maintain clinical records of all cases seen by the EMO. - Perform emergency procedures as required. - Provide medical coverage to patients during transportation in road/air ambulance. - Address medical queries from patients or their attendants as needed. - Offer medical coverage for significant events like Republic Day and Independence Day parades. - Ensure complete orientation of QMS and EMS systems of the hospital. - Maintain awareness of the Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. - Comply with service quality processes, environmental and occupational policies. - Ensure adherence to patient safety policies and safe utilization of equipment.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - Relevant medical degree (MD). - Experience in emergency medicine is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
