About the Role: As a Consultant Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results, directly impacting patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Take charge as Technical and Administrative head of the Lab. - Oversee calibration of instruments and maintenance of machines. - Monitor quality control of all tests conducted. - Ensure accurate testing, validation, and timely release of reports. - Provide guidance to Technicians and staff members. - Maintain operational costs within budget. - Prepare the lab for NABL audit and other applicable audits. - Interact with the Dy. Head Lab Operations and corporate office regarding lab issues. - Attend and present CMEs.
