About the Role: As a Pathologist at Dr. Lal Path Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results, directly impacting patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Take charge as Technical and Administrative head of the Lab. - Monitor the calibration of laboratory instruments and ensure accurate results. - Oversee quality control of all tests conducted. - Ensure timely release of reports and efficient inventory control. - Provide guidance to Technicians and other staff members. - Prepare the lab for NABL audit and other applicable audits. - Interact with the Dy. Head Lab Operations and corporate office regarding lab issues. - Attend and present CMEs.
