About the Role: As a Consultant Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results, directly impacting patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Take charge as the Technical and Administrative head of the Lab. - Oversee calibration of laboratory instruments and ensure accurate results. - Monitor quality control of all tests conducted. - Ensure timely release of reports and efficient inventory control. - Provide guidance to laboratory technicians and staff. - Maintain operational costs within budgeted limits. - Prepare the lab for NABL audits and other relevant audits. - Collaborate with the Dy. Head Lab Operations and corporate office on lab-related issues. - Attend and present at Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
