Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Resident Doctor in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients and ensuring their safety and comfort.
How You'll Contribute: - Order investigations under the guidance of the departmental Head/Coordinator. - Write and fill out all documents, patient history sheets, and MLC as required by Clinical Administration. - Seek consultations and make referrals to specialists and consultants as per clinical protocol and company policies. - Remain in the ward (ICU/General Ward/ER) during duty hours, with breaks subject to patient conditions and approval from Clinical Administration.
