About the Role: As a Senior Consultant in Pediatric Surgery Neonatology, you will play a crucial role in caring for newborn infants and providing essential prenatal care for high-risk infants.
What You'll Be Doing: - Caring for newborn infants until they are ready to go home. - Providing prenatal care for high-risk infants. - Assisting in premature or problematic deliveries, and helping if complications arise or if medical attention is necessary immediately after birth. - Ordering preoperative tests and physical examinations and interpreting results. - Consulting with patients and family members regarding diagnosis and treatment options. - Comforting young patients before operations. - Performing surgical procedures to correct deformations, congenital problems, injuries, or treat illnesses.
