About the Role: As a Consultant Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of hematology clinical pathology services.
What You'll Be Doing: - Directly responsible for routine working of Hematology Clinical Pathology in coordination with the team. - Ensure timely delivery of reports according to the defined and promised TAT (Turn Around Time). - Monitor the section in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. - Implement effective quality management programs for the section. - Manage administrative responsibilities including maintenance of equipment and inventory, and personnel management on rotation with other consultants.
