About the Role: As a Consultant in Neuro Surgery, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients with neurological conditions, ensuring the highest standards of care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Ordering, performing, and interpreting results of diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, PET scans, and CT scans. - Assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing treatments, and monitoring their progress. - Meeting with families of patients in surgery and keeping them updated. - Handling unscheduled emergency surgeries. - Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and neurologists, and consulting with other departments. - Performing basic administrative tasks, such as keeping records and writing prescriptions.
