Your Core Responsibilities: - Inform the concerned consultant as soon as the patient is admitted. - Perform and document history & physical examination. - Formulate differential diagnosis and develop initial plan of care. - Write daily progress notes and obtain informed consent. - Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients. - Order appropriate medication and prepare discharge summaries. - Fill insurance forms for consultant signatures.
