Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an ICU Intensivist at Asian Cancer Institute, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.
How You'll Contribute: - Ensure standard guidelines and protocols of patient care are followed in the assigned ICU. - Treat patients in ICU; admit, investigate, and perform treatment procedures as applicable as per the approved clinical privileges during the assigned shift. - Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, resident doctors, specialists, therapists, physician assistants, and other medical staff for management of clinical care across the assigned ICU units and shift. - Triage patients, prioritize admissions, and maintain a waiting list to ensure that intensive care is available to patients who most deserve and are most likely to benefit from it. - Collate and analyze records, reports, test results, and physical examination information to diagnose disease. - Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized comprehensive medical care to treat, prevent, or limit illness, disease, or injury, and recommend appropriate interventions to minimize risk.
