About the Role: As a Consultant Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Responsible for pre and post-operative care of all cases in the unit. - Manage complete care of I.C.U. and report to the Senior Consultant of the Day. - Be available for emergency calls from the O.T. and I.C.U. - Lead teaching and training programs for O.T. Nurses, technicians, and I.C.U. staff. - Ensure organization of the O.T. list in collaboration with the Senior Consultant. - Supervise nursing, para-medical, and non-medical staff to maintain high standards of medical care. - Coordinate on infrastructure and maintenance support, and selection of medical consumables and equipment. - Assist the Head of Department/Medical Director with special material management requirements.
