Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient recovery and rehabilitation.
How You'll Contribute: - Strengthening areas of the body through exercises, ultrasounds, and strength training. - Surgically repairing bones, nerves, ligaments, tendons, and joints to promote healing. - Treating acute and chronic injuries and pain. - Prescribing medications to aid patients in their recovery. - Monitoring patients' healing processes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Arranging rehabilitation plans post-surgery. - Supervising and assigning duties to nurses and other medical staff, and referring patients to specialists for further treatment.
