What You'll Be Doing: - Studying the effects of drugs, chemicals, and other substances on humans, animals, and plants. - Analyzing the effects of new or modified medicines and recording reactions. - Identifying harmful and beneficial side effects, recommending proper dosages, and describing administration circumstances. - Analyzing hazardous substances in the environment, including chemicals used in workplaces and households. - Performing experiments using cultured cells, laboratory animals, plants, human tissue, and precision instruments.
