Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care to patients, conducting assessments, and performing surgical procedures under supervision.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in the General Surgery Department. - Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose surgical conditions, and develop treatment plans. - Perform surgical procedures under supervision and progressively gain independence. - Participate in daily clinical rounds, presenting cases, and collaborating with the medical team. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records. - Assist and perform various surgical procedures under the guidance of senior consultants. - Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Engage in clinical research and contribute to ongoing research projects in the department. - Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and CME programs to stay updated on advancements in General Surgery.
