About the Role: As a CCU Registrar, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Patient Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the condition of patients in the ICU, using advanced medical equipment to monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. - Treatment Planning: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients. - Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient under your care. - Communication: Communicate with patients and their families, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and prognosis. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers in the ICU team. - Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond quickly to emergency situations, making critical decisions to stabilize patients. - Training and Education: Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
