Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments to determine transplant eligibility. - Review medical histories, diagnostic tests, and imaging studies to assess organ compatibility. - Perform organ transplant surgeries, including kidney, liver, heart, lung, and other solid organ transplants. - Monitor patients closely in the postoperative period to assess graft function and detect complications. - Collaborate with nephrologists, hepatologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists in the transplant team.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in performing complex surgical procedures. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
