About the Role: As a Jr. Resident/Sr. Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing surgical care and support to patients under the guidance of experienced surgeons.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assisting in a variety of surgical procedures under the guidance of senior surgeons. - Performing minor surgical interventions independently when required. - Conducting preoperative assessments and preparations for surgical patients. - Monitoring postoperative recovery and managing complications. - Providing consultations to patients regarding surgical options and explaining procedures. - Offering support and addressing patient concerns throughout the surgical process.
