About the Role: As a Jr. Resident/Sr. Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, contributing to improved patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conducting comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations to diagnose orthopedic conditions. - Utilizing imaging studies and diagnostic tools for accurate assessments. - Administering non-surgical treatments such as medications, physical therapy, and joint injections. - Assisting in surgical procedures and providing pre- and post-operative care. - Interacting with patients to understand their symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors. - Explaining diagnosis, treatment plans, and potential procedures in a clear and empathetic manner.
