About the Role: As a Jr. Resident/Sr. Resident in ENT, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conducting thorough examinations to assess ear, nose, and throat conditions. - Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify issues such as hearing loss, sinus problems, and throat disorders. - Administering medical treatments and interventions for ENT conditions. - Assisting in minor surgical procedures and providing pre- and post-operative care. - Interacting with patients to understand their symptoms and medical history. - Explaining diagnosis, treatment plans, and potential procedures in a clear and empathetic manner.
