Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories and determine appropriate anesthesia plans. - Discuss anesthesia options and potential risks with patients before surgery. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care during surgery. - Communicate effectively with the surgical team to address any anesthesia-related concerns. - Monitor patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) and manage their recovery from anesthesia. - Address any complications or side effects and provide appropriate post-operative care.
