About the Role: As a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes through advanced surgical techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their goals, expectations, and medical history. - Provide clear explanations of available procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes. - Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including but not limited to breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, body contouring, microsurgery, and reconstructive procedures after trauma, cancer, or congenital anomalies. - Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments to ensure patient suitability for surgery. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient safety. - Provide attentive post-operative care, including follow-up appointments and management of complications or concerns. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. - Maintain clear and open communication with patients, addressing questions and concerns throughout the surgical process.
