Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in the health and well-being of our young patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Perform thorough assessments of pediatric patients, considering their unique physiological and developmental needs. - Monitor vital signs, growth, and development. - Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments following pediatric protocols. - Provide pain management and comfort measures for pediatric patients. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to address specific healthcare needs and interventions. - Educate parents and caregivers on pediatric health issues, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions. - Provide emotional support to families during challenging times. - Assist in pediatric procedures, including but not limited to, IV placement, wound care, and respiratory treatments. - Ensure a child-friendly and comfortable environment.
