Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist at SL Raheja Hospital, you will provide essential care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their health and safety through expert assessment and treatment.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions. - Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other advanced life support interventions as necessary. - Collaborate with specialists from various disciplines to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. - Conduct regular patient assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team, patients, and their families. - Supervise and mentor resident physicians, medical students, and other healthcare professionals. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and educational activities. - Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
