Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a CTVS Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in performing advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures that significantly impact patient outcomes.
How You'll Contribute: - Perform a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacement, and aortic surgeries. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques to ensure optimal outcomes. - Conduct thoracic surgical procedures, such as lung resections, mediastinal surgeries, and esophageal surgeries. - Diagnose and treat thoracic malignancies and other conditions. - Perform vascular surgeries, including endovascular procedures, arterial bypass grafting, and vascular reconstructions. - Manage patients with peripheral arterial disease and other vascular disorders. - Conduct preoperative evaluations of patients scheduled for cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other specialists to optimize patient care. - Provide postoperative care to patients in the surgical intensive care unit (SICU) or other designated units. - Manage complications and ensure a smooth recovery.
