About the Role: As an Embryologist at Birla Fertility and IVF Centre, you will play a crucial role in the reproductive health of our patients by handling and processing gametes and embryos.
What You'll Be Doing: - Collect, process, and handle oocytes (eggs) and sperm samples. - Evaluate the quality of gametes for fertilization procedures. - Perform insemination procedures, including conventional insemination and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). - Monitor fertilization and early embryo development. - Culture embryos using appropriate incubation systems. - Monitor and assess embryo development, identifying viable embryos for transfer or cryopreservation. - Evaluate and grade embryos based on morphology and developmental criteria. - Assist in the selection of embryos for transfer or cryopreservation. - Perform embryo cryopreservation procedures using vitrification or slow freezing techniques. - Ensure proper documentation and storage of cryopreserved embryos.
