Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Nephrology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
How You'll Contribute: - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations. - Diagnose and manage a wide range of kidney disorders, including CKD, AKI, and hypertension. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition. - Prescribe medications and dialysis therapy to manage kidney disease effectively. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Supervise and coordinate dialysis treatments for patients with ESRD. - Collaborate with vascular surgeons for access placement and maintenance.
