About the Role: As a Consultant Cardiologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing patients with various cardiac conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct comprehensive cardiology evaluations of patients presenting with cardiac symptoms. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and management. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and preferences. - Perform and interpret invasive procedures for managing coronary artery disease and arrhythmias. - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care. - Provide perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. - Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives. - Engage in academic activities, including teaching and clinical research. - Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards. - Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in patient interactions.
