Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Community Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide direct patient care in various clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency department, and specialty units. - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of findings. - Develop and implement patient care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and follow-up care, in collaboration with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams. - Mentor and supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students, providing guidance, feedback, and support in clinical decision-making, patient management, and professional development. - Conduct teaching sessions, case discussions, and bedside rounds to enhance medical knowledge, clinical skills, and evidence-based practice among trainees. - Participate in academic conferences, journal clubs, and grand rounds presentations to contribute to medical education and scholarly activities.
