About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the education of junior medical staff.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care in various clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency department, and specialty units. - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of findings. - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams. - Mentor and supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students, providing guidance and support in clinical decision-making. - Conduct teaching sessions, case discussions, and bedside rounds to enhance medical knowledge and clinical skills among trainees. - Participate in academic conferences, journal clubs, and grand rounds presentations to contribute to medical education.
