About the Role: As a Registrar in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes for mothers and their babies.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care services in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, including routine prenatal care, labor management, delivery assistance, postpartum care, gynecological examinations, and family planning services. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of obstetric and gynecological patients, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. - Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures and surgeries, such as caesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, hysterectomies, and laparoscopic surgeries. - Monitor and manage labor progress, fetal well-being, and maternal health during labor and delivery. - Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care. - Provide patient education and counseling on obstetric and gynecological conditions and treatment options. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate medical records.
