About the Role: As a Consultant Neurologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with neurological disorders, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform comprehensive neurological assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEGs, and nerve conduction studies. - Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. - Provide ongoing medical management and follow-up care for patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment regimens as needed. - Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes. - Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions and treatment options. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR).
