Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Registrar-Neonatologist, you will provide expert medical care to newborn infants in the NICU, ensuring the highest standards of care for premature babies and those with congenital anomalies or other medical complications.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide expert medical care to newborn infants in the NICU. - Perform neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment interventions. - Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies to guide treatment decisions. - Manage and coordinate the care of neonates with multidisciplinary teams. - Monitor neonates' progress and adjust care plans as necessary. - Provide developmental support and follow-up care for high-risk infants after discharge. - Establish rapport with parents and families, providing compassionate support. - Educate parents about their baby's medical condition and treatment options. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address psychosocial needs. - Coordinate discharge planning and transitional care for neonates.
