Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough neurological examinations to assess patients' medical histories, symptoms, and neurological function. - Diagnose a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and neurodegenerative disorders. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include medication management, physical therapy, and surgical interventions. - Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures. - Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with chronic neurological conditions. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. - Participate in clinical research, trials, and continuous medical education to stay updated with advancements in neurology. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
