About the Role: As a Junior Resident in the Ward, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to patients under the guidance of senior physicians.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide medical care to patients admitted to the hospital wards. - Participate in daily ward rounds and assess patients' conditions. - Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, prescribe medications, and monitor patients' progress. - Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital wards. - Assist senior physicians and surgeons during surgical procedures. - Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records. - Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
