Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and stage cancer accurately using diagnostic tests and imaging studies. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on the type, stage, and overall health of the patient. - Administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy as part of treatment protocols. - Coordinate multidisciplinary care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. - Provide compassionate care, support, and education to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey. - Engage in clinical research, participate in clinical trials, and contribute to advancements in cancer treatment and care. - Mentor junior oncologists, medical students, and residents, and contribute to the education and training of future oncology professionals. - Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity in all aspects of patient care and research activities.
