About the Role: As a Junior Resident-DVL, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services under the supervision of senior physicians.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care services to hospitalized patients. - Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments, including history taking and physical examinations. - Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with senior physicians. - Perform medical procedures and interventions as required under supervision. - Monitor and assess patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. - Provide patient education and counseling on medical conditions and treatment options. - Assist in the coordination of patient care activities, including scheduling and discharge planning. - Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary meetings.
