About the Role: As a Junior Resident in Immuno Hematology & Blood Transfusion, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting senior physicians in delivering high-quality healthcare.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care services to hospitalized patients under supervision. - Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments, including history taking and physical examinations. - Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with senior physicians. - Perform medical procedures such as venipuncture and wound care under supervision. - Monitor and assess patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the healthcare team. - Provide patient education on medical conditions and treatment options. - Assist in coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling tests and discharge planning. - Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary meetings.
