About the Role: As a Junior Resident in ENT, you will provide essential patient care services under the supervision of experienced physicians, contributing to the health and well-being of hospitalized patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care services to hospitalized patients under supervision. - Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments, including history taking and physical examinations. - Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with senior physicians. - Perform medical procedures and interventions as required under supervision. - Monitor and assess patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the healthcare team. - Provide patient education and counseling on medical conditions and treatment options. - Assist in coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling tests and discharge planning. - Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases.
