About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Immuno Hematology & Blood Transfusion, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients, ensuring high standards of treatment and management of complex medical conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the specialty area under supervision. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Participate in academic activities to enhance medical knowledge and clinical reasoning. - Conduct research projects and quality improvement initiatives. - Assist in developing educational curricula and assessment tools. - Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as required. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care delivery.
