Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Nuclear Medicine, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients, enhancing their health outcomes through specialized treatment and management of complex medical conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the specialty area, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions under the supervision of attending physicians. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in clinical settings, providing guidance on patient care and teaching clinical skills. - Participate actively in academic activities, including case discussions, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary conferences. - Conduct research projects and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with faculty members and research staff. - Assist in the development and implementation of educational curricula and assessment tools for medical students and residents. - Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as required. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery.
