About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anatomy, you will provide advanced clinical care and contribute to the education of junior residents and medical students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide advanced clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in clinical settings. - Participate in academic activities such as case discussions, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary conferences. - Conduct research projects and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with faculty and research staff. - Assist in developing educational curricula and assessment tools for medical students and residents. - Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as required. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
