About the Role: As a Senior Resident in ENT, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients, supervise junior residents, and engage in academic activities.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the specialty area. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Participate actively in academic activities, including case discussions and journal clubs. - Conduct research projects and quality improvement initiatives. - Assist in the development of educational curricula and assessment tools. - Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
