About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Biochemistry, you will provide advanced clinical care and contribute to the academic environment of our institution.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the specialty area, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions under supervision. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in clinical settings. - Participate actively in academic activities, including case discussions, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary conferences. - Conduct research projects and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with faculty and research staff. - Assist in the development and implementation of educational curricula and assessment tools. - Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as required. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery.
