Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Registrar in Neonatology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to neonates, including those who are critically ill or premature.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates, including those who are critically ill or premature. - Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization during high-risk deliveries. - Conduct routine and emergency procedures, such as intubation, central line placement, and lumbar punctures. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates. - Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress. - Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in medical records. - Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including Registrars and House Officers. - Provide teaching and training sessions for medical students, nursing staff, and allied health professionals. - Lead and participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and educational meetings.
