Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Associate Consultant in General Anaesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries across various specialties.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries across various specialties. - Perform preoperative assessments to evaluate patients' medical conditions and anesthesia risks. - Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. - Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia. - Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia depth during surgery. - Manage airway and ventilation, including intubation and extubation. - Adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort. - Oversee recovery from anesthesia in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). - Manage postoperative pain and address complications. - Ensure safe patient transfer and handover to other healthcare providers.
