About the Role: As a Registrar in Emergency & Trauma, you will lead and supervise the assessment, resuscitation, and management of critically ill or injured patients in the emergency department.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide expert guidance and decision-making in complex emergency situations. - Direct trauma resuscitation efforts, including leading trauma teams and coordinating care among multiple specialties. - Ensure adherence to trauma protocols and guidelines for optimal patient outcomes. - Manage a diverse caseload of medical emergencies and traumatic injuries with proficiency and efficiency. - Utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient care. - Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including residents, interns, and medical students. - Conduct educational sessions, case discussions, and simulation training in emergency and trauma medicine. - Engage in clinical research projects and scholarly activities aimed at advancing knowledge and improving patient care in emergency medicine. - Present research findings at conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
